The hotel has a great location just a 15-minute walk from the town center. The room was recently renovated and well-equipped with a fridge, microwave, and smoke detectors for safety.

The location of the hotel was great, just off Mallory Square near Duval Street. the hotel is convenient for visiting attractions like Mallory Square, the Southernmost Point, and the Port for Adventures. the breakfast was complimentary and offered a wide variety of food options for everyone.

The location was favourable, by ferry!

Rested in a room that had a bathtub. The bed was super cozy, and we could see the bay from there. 🛁

The room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and central heating. The hotel is situated in a remote location with an updated bar area. The free breakfast buffet provides a Florida patio vibe.

Relaxing place with patient staff and outstanding food. Nice room, large bathroom. Great facilities and comfy beds. Exceptionally nice and easy location, shuttle to downtown area.

Our two-night stay was really enjoyable. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to bars, cafés, shopping centers, and a market. The staff helped us arrange a shuttle into town.

I received a wonderful welcome upon entering the lobby. They gave me a frozen daiquiri and said it was the bar's drink of the day. Everyone was very sweet helpful and nice. The room was clean and very comfortable. A/C wasn't very noisy as usually is in a hotel room. I asked for a quiet room and got one.

The only thing I didn't like was that the price was $179 plus tax for a room overnight in Key West, like $200. It would have been wonderful for $60 to $75 and we would have stayed a few nights. But comparing to other rates in Key West, it was competitive at Booked.net. Still, we would go down there way more often if prices were a bit more reasonable.

Very pleasant stay for a mini vacation. Spotlessly clean hotel. Especially helpful staff. Nicely furnished rooms. Early check-in and late check-out. Stunning and easy location with parking onsite.

Location

We had no hot water the morning we were leaving for home. For two hundred a night this is ridiculous. I asked for compensation for the horrible inconvenience, but to no avail! Last time I stay at your hotels. There are too many other hotels that want our business.
